Our Service Agreement Made Simple

3. Your Responsibilities

To keep your service running smoothly, we ask that you:

  • Keep your equipment in good condition
  • Notify us of any service issues promptly
  • Allow access for installation, maintenance, or equipment retrieval

4. Billing and Payment

Monthly Charges: Your bill is due on the same date each month. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and automatic bank transfers.

Late Payments: If payment is more than 15 days overdue, we'll send a reminder. After 30 days, service may be suspended until payment is received.

No Hidden Fees: The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise charges, no annual price increases.

Installation: Professional installation is free for new customers. If you need additional wiring or special equipment, we'll discuss costs upfront.

5. Service Plans and Changes

No Contracts: All our plans are month-to-month. No annual commitments, no early termination fees.

Upgrading: You can upgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be billed the new rate on your next billing cycle.

Downgrading: You can downgrade your plan with 30 days notice.

Price Changes: If we need to adjust pricing, we'll give you 60 days advance notice. You can cancel without penalty if you don't agree.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

We want everyone to enjoy fast, reliable internet. Please don't use our service for:

  • Illegal activities or distributing illegal content
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Hacking, network attacks, or distributing malware
  • Activities that violate others' privacy or intellectual property
  • Reselling our service without authorization

Violations may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Equipment

Our Equipment: We provide a modem/router at no charge. It remains our property and must be returned if you cancel service.

Lost or Damaged Equipment: You're responsible for equipment in your possession. Replacement costs apply if equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear.

Your Equipment: You can use your own compatible equipment if you prefer.

8. Service Interruptions

While we maintain 99.9% uptime, occasional interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance)
  • Network upgrades or repairs
  • Power outages or natural disasters
  • Issues beyond our control

We'll work quickly to restore service and keep you informed.

9. Cancellation Policy
